Returns & Refund

We are confident you will love our products but, if you have an issue, we offer a no quibble 30-day money back guarantee. You must return the goods in the unused condition that you received them and returned at your own cost. We will not accept used products or those sent in an unsuitable condition. 

Please email us with your name and order number and we shall contact you within 24 hours. You will be asked to send back the goods clearly stating your full name and order reference number. Once the goods have been received, the refund will be processed. You will not be returned any delivery costs and, if you qualified for free shipping on your order, this will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning an incorrect order or a product which was delivered to you in a damaged or faulty state, we would ask you to follow returns procedures set out above.

When returning any products, you are recommended to keep a proof of posting and use a tracked service. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery. We will not accept responsibility for lost or damaged parcels.

Please inform us of any damaged/incorrect goods within 48 hours of receiving the order. Photographic evidence of damage is required. Failure to do this will result in your return/refund not being processed. It is your responsibility to check your order on receipt. 

Items returned that arrive damaged, or are lost in transit, will not be credited.
